In celebration of ITEES 20th Anniversary on 20 Oct 2023, the 20th Anniversary Book, titled A Surprising Story was launched at the milestone event. The commemorative book provides a comprehensive read of ITEES’ impactful journey in transforming lives globally through education and skill development for over two decades.
The event was graced by Guest-of-Honour Mr Andrew Chong, Chairman of ITE, along with the presence of ITEES’ past and present board members, external consultants, and strategic partners, including the Asian Development Bank, Temasek Foundation, Singapore’s Ministry of Trade & Industry and Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Colombo Plan Staff College, Odisha Skill Development Authority, NAMTECH, distinguished overseas partners from Brunei, China, India, Myanmar, Pakistan, Philippines, Thailand and more. We also had the pleasure of hosting His Excellency Heng Sour, Minister of Labour and Vocational Training, Cambodia, who flew in to Singapore to join us in this momentous occasion.
Held at The Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium, with ITE Lecturer Samuel Nicholas Chu ‘s as emcee, it was a memorable evening with stellar performances by homegrown concert band, ITE Centre for Music and The Arts (CEMTA) and Dr Derek Yeo’s performing a medley of songs. In recognition of our esteemed partners, Distinguished and Premier Partner Awards were also presented.
