About the project
Project Scope: ITEES conducted 5 runs of TVET leadership workshops and trained 118 leaders from TVET institutions in Wuhan. During the workshop, ITE shared their experience in TVET transformation over the past 40 years, conducted tours of ITE colleges, and held discussion sessions on the formulation of strategic plans for TVET institutions. The trained leaders then shared their knowledge with another 794 leaders through multiple sharing sessions.
Impact & Outcome: The project contributed to Wuhan’s TVET transformation and assisted WEB in enhancing the leadership and administrative skills of its TVET leaders.
