This project aimed to strengthen the quality of trainers from the Office of Vocational Education Commission (OVEC) in the areas of Curriculum Design, Development and Assessment (CDDA).
About the project
Project Scope: The CDDA programme was conducted for 2 weeks in Thailand which focused on Curriculum Design and Development, and another week in Singapore which focused on Assessment. Upon completion of the programme, OVEC trainers applied what they have learnt and enhanced the quality of lesson delivery in their respective institutions.
Impact & Outcome: As of September 2014, ITEES completed 4 runs of CDDA for 100 trainers. These trainers coached another 613 trainers through a series of Post-Training Sharing Workshops held in Thailand. The aim of the workshops was to cascade the learning to benefit other participants who did not attend the programme conducted by ITEES.
This programme was co-funded by Temasek Foundation, Singapore.
