This programme aimed to equip the participants with the different skills required in retail sales operations.
About the project
Project Scope: A 3-day customised training were organised by ITEES for students from Shanghai Material Engineering School. Besides technical training, the students also visited ITE College Central campus and went for a learning journey in Singapore to learn about the retail industry of Singapore.
Impact & Outcome: The participants learned valuable knowledge through hand-on projects in the area of professional business image, customer contact and rapport, approach sales prospect, check merchandise, price marking, stock replenishment, housekeeping, merchandise display, and sales promotion.
