Pakistan
Leadership
This was a 5-day programme to build the capability of TVET leaders in leadership and to equip them with knowledge and skills in identifying strategies and processes to promote excellence in TVET management.
About the project
Project Scope: The programme supported the transformation of skill development in Pakistan by encouraging a change in mindset among TVET Leaders and exposing the task force to the best practices and proven strategies of managing a high performing TVET institution.
Impact & Outcome: A total of 70 TVET leaders participated in this programme. The trained leaders then cascaded to another 210 TVET leaders through the Post Sharing Workshop. Additionally, 20 of this TVET Leaders presented their transformation changes during an online Programme and Evaluation Review (PER) session which was organised by NAVTTC and ITEES.
