ITEES was engaged by the Department of Labour and Skills (DLS) of the Government of Kerala, India, to organise a short-term skills immersion programme in Singapore for Kerala students to gain overseas exposure in TVET.
About the project
Project Scope: ITEES conducted a 5-day Skills Development Programme through practical-based training, allowing 60 students to experience an authentic and fun way of learning.
Impact & Outcome: Participating students were able to gain experiential learning through the simulation of hands-on training of a real-world environment. Additionally, they were expose to new training technologies and infrastructures available at ITE. The students attended the following modules: Grooming & Poise and Small Business Operations.
